IKEA dalam rangka untuk mencapai visi dan misi, dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, maka di tahun 2022 ini perusahaan mengadakan rekrutmen atau membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang saat ini kosong. Lowongan IKEA Posisi :
Customer Loyalty Specialist
Syarat Pencaker :
-1 – 2 years of experience in loyalty program, customer engagement, or in relevant field.
-Quick learner who can adapt easily to changing demands.
-Ability to understand the key principles of the shopping experience and customers’ expectations.
-Interested in home furnishing.
-Deep knowledge of marketing, CRM, loyalty programs.
-Broad knowledge of digital media channels and Marketing Technology.
Accounting Assistant Manager (Service office)
Syarat Pencaker :
-1 – 2 years of experience in loyalty program, customer engagement, or in relevant field.
-Accounting Degree, minimum of 2-3 years of experience in senior above level in an Audit Firm is a must.
-Experienced in the Big 4 accounting firm as an auditor, is an advantage.
-Good communication skills, high level of curiosity, integrity and maturity.
-Strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions, and should be able to work on some tasks in a fast-paced.
-Have attention to detail, resilient, could work under pressure, discipline, driven by achieving results and exceeding goals.
-Able to analyze and sound common-sense decisions.
-Proficiency in IT tools and systems. Bookkeeping skill, sufficient knowledge of PSAK & IFRS.
Key Account Leader (Service office)
Syarat Pencaker :
-Have experience in or interest to learn about negotiating with professional clients, understanding the needs of business customers and be able to suggest relevant solutions to meet their needs.
-Enjoys speaking to customers to gain insights on needs, buying behaviour and preferences to develop long-term strategic plans to further penetrate existing customers, while developing new business partnerships.
-Good communication skills, high level of curiosity, integrity and maturity.
-Is able to adjust the style of communication to get the message across to different stakeholders, solve customer problems, adapt and think on your feet.
-Ability to lead, drive and implement projects with capable of strategic, tactical and operational thinking.
Carpenter
Syarat Pencaker :
-Carpentry experience gained in a commercial business, ideally in the construction and building industry or exhibition installations.
-Understand life at home in the local market.
-Knowledge about the IKEA Concept.
-Understand the IKEA mechanical sales system.
-Proficient computer skills.
Interior Design Specialist (KBP/Com&In)
Syarat Pencaker :
-Ability to combine commercial, aesthetic and practical skills.
-Have a flexible and hands-on approach to responsibilities as well as the ability to meet set deadlines.
-Confident in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations.
-Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit).
-As you work in a store, you will be working in mixture of days
Goods Flow Co-worker (KBP/ISL)
Syarat Pencaker :
-Experienced of working in a high volume and fast-paced retail environment.
-Skilled in retail and/or logistics processes, tools, and working methods. Preferably those who already have MHE license (SIO).
-Enthusiastic about work and working with others in a team as well as build a good communication with other functions in the store.
-Ability to use technical equipment.
-As you work in a store, you will be working in mixture of days and placed in Kota Baru Parahyangan.
Sales & Supply Support Team Leader (Central Fulfillment Unit)
Syarat Pencaker :
-Desire to work for a values-driven company and experience of leading and managing a team, preferably gained in retailing and/or logistics.
-Understand budget, cost and key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business with high level of analytical skills.
-Experienced in creating and implementing short-term plans and following up goals also show the potential to apply tactical and operational thinking.
-Ability to build trust and communicate in a clear and targeted way with different people in various situations.
-Willing to work in mixture of days and placed in Surabaya, East Java.
Operations & Quality Co-worker (Central Fulfillment Unit)
Syarat Pencaker :
-Desire to work for a values-driven company and experience of working in a high volume and fast-paced retail environment.
-Good personal discipline and good attention to detail also excellent computer skills and high proficiency on Microsoft Office.
-Experience in problem solving and improving ways of working.
-Passionate about home furnishings, people’s life at home.
-Willing to work in mixture of days and placed in Surabaya, East Java.
Human Resources Administrator (KBP/HR)
Syarat Pencaker :
-Understand article number 13 year 2003 related manpower policy in Indonesia.
-Have excellent documentation skills obtained by holding administrative roles.
-Data and computer literate, and able to manage filling/database system.
-Having intermediate knowledge in operating Ms. Office, and familiar with any other software pertinent with current industry.
-Well organized and methodical in your approach to problem solving.
-As our store trades 7 days a week, you have the ability to work a mix of day. Also, you willing to work at Kota Baru Parahyangan, West Bandung.
E-Commerce Application Specialist (SO/IT)
Syarat Pencaker :
-Have a good retail experience in commercial and customer focus.
-Good understanding on the business process and the capability of the applications to fulfil the user’s and customer’s skill.
-Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
-Knowledge in Retail & E-commerce industry.
-Strong analytical skill, problem solving and decision-making skills.
-Knowledge in current ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central) is a plus.
IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager (SO/IT)
Syarat Pencaker :
-Having degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or relevant field with good interpersonal and communication skill of English
-Experience 3 years or more in IT Infrastructure and Operations
-Good people manager and project management
-Strong analytical skill, problem solving and decision-making skills
-Knowledge in Retail & E-commerce industry is preferable
